Litter: 600m of Road between Pagus Soham and the River Deben

This collection of litter was defacing the sides of the road along a 600m stretch from Pagus Soham to the River Deben. The mowers had trimmed the verges the day before, and therefore much of what you see in the pictures below has been chopped up. What I don't understand is the mentality of people who think that they are entitled to just throw their rubbish out of their car windows, or, in some cases, to use the fields as their personal rubbish bin as they are cycling, walking or running along the road.
